J.D.O. has over 35 years of hospitality management experience. Under his leadership, his management teams have been recognized nationally in the areas of excellence for quality, guest services, and visionary product development. During J.D.O.'s career, he served in a senior management capacity with TrustHouse Forte, Intercontinental Hotels, Nickelodeon Resorts, and Wyndham Hotels.

A.L.D.'s 25 years in Finance and Accounting have resulted in a track record that demonstrates financial success and profitability even during times of duress in the markets and economy while still adhering to the accounting standards required at both local and federal levels.

N.J.B. is the youngest member of our team. Even though only in his mid-20s, he’s had a very rewarding career. A self-made entrepreneur, he’s created several successful businesses. His strengths are in customer service, technological applications, e-commerce, and online marketing.
